Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drew’s Card House. The following shipping policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and prepared as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing times may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from California, United States.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided and ensuring they are available to receive the package if required by the carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.

Drew’s Card House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery updates or delivery issues.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be guaranteed. Drew’s Card House is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Drew’s Card House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, certain orders may be subject to additional verification or cancellation at our discretion.

Orders flagged by payment processors or fraud detection systems may be delayed, refunded, or cancelled.
