Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drew’s Card House. Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following refund and return policies apply to all purchases.

Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns.

Because many of our products are collectible trading card products, returns cannot be accepted due to the possibility of product tampering, resealing, or alteration after delivery.

Refunds

Drew’s Card House does not offer refunds once an order has been shipped and delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in rare and specific circumstances, such as:

  • The item was faulty before shipping

  • The item was damaged prior to shipment

  • A verified packing error occurred

To request review for one of these situations, customers must provide clear video evidence of the issue. The video must show the condition of the package and product clearly.

Please note that providing evidence does not guarantee a refund. All cases are reviewed individually at the discretion of Drew’s Card House.

Shipping Damage

Drew’s Card House is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist customers in locating tracking information or carrier contact details if needed.
