All orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 2 business days of purchase from California. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping times vary based on your location but typically range from 2-8 business days after shipment.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only available in cases of damaged or missing products upon delivery. To request a refund, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Most order packings are recorded for insurance and verification purposes. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
