Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

Refunds requested by the buyer will incur a 5% fee. To request a cancellation, use your Woo account or email [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request.” Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if requested long after purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email or DM me on Instagram with the subject “Refund Request.” I’ll review your case and approve legitimate claims.

🛡️ Authenticity & Sourcing Policy

At Drew’s Card House, we are committed to providing only 100% authentic Pokémon cards and collectibles.

🔍 English Products

All English Pokémon products are sourced directly from trusted individual collectors and local sellers. Each item is:

  • Manually inspected for authenticity,
  • Verified using community-trusted methods,
  • Rejected if there is any sign of counterfeit, tampering, or reprinting.

We do not sell fake, proxy, or altered cards under any circumstance.

🇯🇵 Japanese Products

Most of our Japanese cards are imported directly from a licensed secondhand seller in Japan, who holds a valid Japanese resale license (古物商許可証). These items are:

  • Official Pokémon products,
  • Legally purchased and imported,
  • Sold in the U.S. as collectibles only.

Some Japanese products are sourced the same way as our English cards — from trusted individual collectors or local resellers — and are carefully authenticated in-house using the same strict standards.

❌ No Counterfeits, No Reprints

We take product integrity seriously. Any products suspected to be unauthorized or fake are immediately removed from inventory. We stand behind every item we sell.

✅ Final Checks

All cards are verified one final time before packaging and shipping to ensure quality and authenticity.

If any products received are believed to be fake, please email your inquiry to [email protected]. It will be reviewed, and if deemed fake, we will provide a full refund.
